Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with major customers from implementation to optimization.
- Review customer code, debug integration issues, and write sample code.
- Triaging inbound questions from self-serve customers via Slack and email.
- Identify and fix friction points in the developer experience by improving documentation and filing bugs.
- Create technical content such as sample apps and integration guides.
- Support sales conversations with technical prospects as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a developer success engineer or in a similar role.
- Experience working at a developer tools company and directly with customers.
- Strong technical generalist comfortable discussing product features and architecture.
- Prior experience debugging API integrations.
- Development experience with languages like JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Must be located in the UK or Ireland.
