Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise and mid-market prospects to identify integration and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to design tailored solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to stakeholders.
- Own technical responses for RFPs and security assessments with attention to detail.
- Proactively address technical concerns to accelerate the sales process.
- Partner with implementation teams for a smooth post-sales transition and provide field feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of integration protocols and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with large healthcare providers or EMR vendors is highly valued.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience in healthtech, startups, or regulated industries.
