Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications, REST APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes to manage and deploy containerized microservices.
- Monitor microservice performance and security, resolve issues, and optimize services.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to build, deploy, and manage applications through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
- Develop scalable web applications and responsive, interactive user interfaces primarily with ReactJS.
- Implement front-end performance and user-experience improvements.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and application maintenance across front-end and back-end systems.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, and microservices.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PL/SQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Hands-on ReactJS coding experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and ReactJS libraries or frameworks.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques for front-end and back-end systems.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of test-driven development and testing frameworks including Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, or Mockito.
- Financial services industry experience is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include Oracle Certified Professional certification, online coding repositories or coding-platform experience, cloud knowledge, and DevOps experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
