Responsibilities
- Lead strategic customer engagements to understand their challenges and design tailored automation testing solutions.
- Drive value-based discussions that align solutions with customer objectives.
- Take ownership of end-to-end proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring they meet customer-specific needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor on testing strategies, best practices, and architectural decisions.
- Conduct in-depth technical product demonstrations to showcase advanced capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to foster technical excellence.
- Drive adoption of testing solutions across customer organizations.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in the testing domain, with roles such as Test Architect or Senior Automation Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including Selenium and Appium.
- Strong technical acumen in designing and implementing test architectures and automation strategies.
- Experience engaging with enterprise clients and managing complex technical discussions.
- Proven ability to lead proof-of-concept initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on driving customer success.
