Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation of Clarity.
- Make front-end updates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize weblayers.
- Design scalable technical solutions based on customer requirements.
- Guide customers in setting up analytics tracking and A/B testing frameworks.
- Troubleshoot issues across front-end behavior and data connectivity.
- Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying friction points and opportunities.
- Define and refine the Clarity implementation playbook with best practices.
- Validate technical feasibility and identify integration gaps.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and product success teams.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Clarity's capabilities.
Requirements
- BS/BTech in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with personalization tools, search systems, and analytics instrumentation.
- Background in technical consulting, implementation, or solution engineering.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across data and front-end layers.
- Bonus: Experience with search/discovery platforms and eCommerce tools.
