Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain large language models from scratch.
- Engage in tokenizer training and dataset curation.
- Conduct pretraining and post-training of LLMs.
- Design evaluation metrics and conduct statistical analysis.
- Implement inference and support live trading operations.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience training or evaluating LLMs at scale.
- Experience with large-scale pretraining or post-training techniques.
- Ability to design ablation studies and update beliefs based on evidence.
- Strong engineering skills in GPU kernel development or PyTorch internals.
