Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for fintech and payments opportunities.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business models and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Design end-to-end identity and fraud workflows across Socure’s products.
- Collaborate with Data Science to scope and execute proof-of-concepts for fintech prospects.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to integrate field insights into roadmap discussions.
- Participate in business development activities, including demos and RFPs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders by simplifying complex concepts.
- Ensure smooth handoffs from pre- to post-sales with documentation of solution assumptions.
- Contribute to internal best practices and mentor junior Solution Consultants.
- Stay updated on fintech trends and regulations to guide clients effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a client-facing technical role.
- Experience in fintech, payments, neobanking, or related environments.
- Track record of leading complex pre-sales engagements end-to-end.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern SaaS and data architectures.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into business-oriented recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Proven collaboration skills across various teams and ability to influence without authority.
- Commitment to Socure-aligned leadership behaviors and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and events.
