Base Salary
$197k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and thought partner for GSIs, RSIs, and boutique systems integrators building applications on the company API
- Identify high-value Generative AI applications with senior systems integrator and customer stakeholders and develop customer AI roadmaps
- Build hands-on prototypes and provide strategic guidance to accelerate customer time to value
- Manage systems integrator and customer relationships through successful application deployment and scale
- Codify solution packages and architectural patterns to accelerate customer and partner deployment
- Provide technical support during partners’ initial projects and mentor their technical teams toward self-sufficiency
- Scale the Partner Solutions Architect function through knowledge sharing, best practices, open-source contributions, and internal and external resources
- Synthesize and deliver feedback to Product and Research teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience, including managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations
- Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders, ideally within or through a systems integrator
- Industry experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI and/or traditional machine learning solutions
- Experience building and/or delivering prototypes using the OpenAI API
- Strong presentation and communication skills for translating business and technical topics to audiences including senior leaders
