Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical thought partner for systems integrators to build novel applications on OpenAI's API.
- Identify and qualify high-value use cases for Generative AI in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Accelerate customer time to value by building prototypes and providing strategic guidance.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scaling of applications.
- Codify solution packages and architectural patterns to streamline deployment.
- Provide technical support during initial projects and mentor technical teams.
- Share knowledge and best practices to scale the Partner Solutions Architect function.
- Deliver feedback to Product and Research teams based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical consulting experience managing C-level relationships.
- Experience leading complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Javascript.
- Experience with implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
- Ability to build and deliver prototypes using the OpenAI API.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- A humble attitude and eagerness to support team success.
