Base Salary
$165k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the Growth Marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Salesforce.
- Translate Growth Marketing business requirements into technical solutions across requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Design and implement end-to-end lead-management workflows spanning intake, campaigns, outbound engagement, and conversion tracking.
- Build and deploy AI-powered and agentic automation for top-of-funnel workflows, selecting traditional integrations when they are more appropriate.
- Pilot new tools, assess trade-offs and ROI, and present build-versus-buy recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain a prioritized and visible systems roadmap for stakeholders.
- Document system and workflow designs in Lucid or comparable diagramming tools and explain them to non-technical leaders.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and architects on CRM implementations, using Salesforce Flows and Apex or SQL when needed.
- Establish documented baselines, testing plans, and measurable outcomes for system changes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience owning or deeply administering a B2B growth marketing technology stack involving CRM, sales engagement, data enrichment, and marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on production experience with Clay.
- Shipped AI and agentic automation experience applied to GTM or revenue operations workflows.
- Ability to operate autonomously across the full project lifecycle.
- First-hand experience with lead intake, campaigns, outbound sales engagement, and conversion tracking.
- Experience instrumenting lead tracking end-to-end and maintaining lead data quality across integrated systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into measurable technical outcomes and communicate system designs to non-technical marketing leadership.
- Experience piloting tools, conducting trade-off and ROI analyses, and presenting build-versus-buy recommendations.
- Experience maintaining a prioritized systems roadmap.
- Preferred: production experience building moderately complex Salesforce Flows and familiarity with Apex and/or SQL.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Preferred: experience with Nooks or comparable AI-powered sales engagement platforms.
