Base Salary
$127k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technical wins for complex Cloud AI workloads from technical evaluation through customer ramp.
- Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, demos, and customer-tailored solutions to support sales outcomes.
- Provide technical consultation, advise customers, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Contribute reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team based on customer engagements.
- Document, prioritize, and help resolve customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with machine learning model development or deployment.
- Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks, agentic design patterns, or integrating models into autonomous workflows using advanced API prompting or RAG.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field.
- Preferred: experience building machine learning solutions, using deep learning architectures, and developing scalable distributed software or infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, Ray, AI accelerators, model architectures, or machine learning APIs.
