Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Communicate project requirements across diverse customer stakeholders and lead technical customer calls.
- Consult customers on data architecture, data mapping, integration best practices, and technical risks.
- Lead product integrations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, web services, APIs, and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot frontend, backend, web, mobile, and performance issues in customer integrations.
- Demonstrate Bloomreach product features and explain available functionality using Bloomreach tools and dashboards.
- Build simple marketing automation scenarios, including email warmup use cases.
- Support advanced marketing functionality such as database and internal-app connections, web layers, dynamic content personalization, and targeted campaigns.
- Validate discovery, scope, and solution design decisions and develop repeatable processes to improve project quality.
- Collaborate with Support teams to resolve account issues as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery with strong leadership, organization, communication, and consulting skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.
- Required experience with data imports, data transformations, and data transfers using APIs or SFTP.
- Required frontend coding experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS, ideally for a web-based SaaS platform.
- Strong technical problem-solving, debugging, attention to detail, and customer orientation.
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, SQL, or BigQuery is an asset.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager or Tealium is beneficial.
- Experience with marketing automation or CDP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Braze, or Klaviyo, or search platforms such as Endeca, Solr, or Elasticsearch, is strongly desired.
- Familiarity with Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud and marketing automation or email warmup use cases is desired but not essential.
