Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Advise enterprise customers on product adoption and prioritize scalable solutions with last-mile customization.
- Translate complex customer requirements into system architectures and technical specifications.
- Lead technical handoffs to Engineering by authoring business and product requirement documents aligned with the product roadmap.
- Identify systemic product gaps and edge cases and provide feedback to the Ads Solution Engineering team.
- Provide technical-product oversight during implementation to ensure engineering work aligns with customer strategy.
- Integrate customer data, support advanced bidding and product activation, and prototype technical solutions that deliver insights and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Five years of experience building proof-of-concepts using web or scripting technologies and SQL databases.
- Experience with system design or reading code, such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred experience with Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform products, Google Cloud services, online advertising, customer growth, ad serving, and internet technologies.
- Demonstrated coding ability with Java or Python and the ability to construct complex SQL queries.
- Strong technical communication, presentation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
