Base Salary
$176k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive incremental revenue through strategic partner relationships and business initiatives.
- Build and manage technical relationships with Druva partners, branches, and teams.
- Assist partners with prospects and customers evaluating Druva products.
- Lead technical discussions and support partners throughout the sales process.
- Develop and deliver partner enablement plans, technical training, demos, proof-of-concepts, and implementation guidance.
- Create technical content and collateral covering use cases and technology best practices.
- Gather partner feedback and communicate customer needs to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- Maintain expertise in Druva products and technology and develop domain thought leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical or customer-facing roles, including at least 3+ years as a Sales Engineer.
- 3+ years of presales experience with enterprise software solutions; backup and SaaS experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise server backup technology and competitive data protection platforms and services.
- Practical experience with VMware and Hyper-V administration and backup and restore of file systems and databases.
- Experience with Active Directory, SSO tools, SCCM or Casper deployment tools, virtual environments, and SAN/NAS storage technologies.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, bandwidth management, switches, firewalls, and routers.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure, with exposure to AWS EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and risk-abatement skills.

- Base salary range is $176,000–$235,333 per year, with potential bonus or commission and equity opportunities.
