Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Propose solution architectures and manage cloud networking solution deployments according to customer requirements and implementation best practices.
- Design and implement cloud-based architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations with customers.
- Collaborate with internal Specialists, Product, and Engineering teams to package best practices, methodologies, lessons learned, and thought leadership assets.
- Work with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, issues, and timelines.
- Travel up to 30% in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, continuous integration, or delivery using Kubernetes and Linux-based systems.
- Three years of experience in project management and technical solution delivery.
- Experience coding in one or more general-purpose languages, including Python, Java, Go, C, or C++, with knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design, Linux environments, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience working with cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time for client engagements.
- Preferred experience with third-party networking, redundancy, load balancing, TCP/IP, HTTP, BGP, customer-facing migrations, IAM, data protection, encryption, certificate/key management, GPU/TPU AI/ML workloads, PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, Slurm, GKE, and related cloud-native services.
