Base Salary
$214k - $308k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to identify merchant pain points and communicate the value of Primer.
- Provide technical expertise for business development and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demos, and developer Q&As.
- Guide merchants from pre-sales conversations through successful go-live and integration ramp-up.
- Own complex merchant integration projects, including implementation plans, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Product to identify feature enhancements based on market and merchant feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in a merchant-facing role involving a complex API product, ideally in payments.
- Experience implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments and advising developers on integration best practices.
- Ability to lead discovery sessions, executive presentations, and engagements with technical merchant stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to explain and design complex technical solutions.
- Project management skills and the ability to lead integrations involving multiple teams and dependencies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, creativity, and improvisational skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
