Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements and business objectives into technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude discovery, evaluation, adoption, and deployment.
- Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
- Deliver technical deep dives and business-value presentations to engineering, IT, and executive audiences.
- Guide scalable architecture decisions and enterprise integrations.
- Help customers create evaluation frameworks for Claude use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience navigating complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Python and common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Strong technical communication, relationship-building, teaching, and cross-organizational collaboration skills.
- Prior government, government contracting, or government technology experience is preferred.
- US Secret Clearance is preferred for defense technology customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
