Responsibilities
- Deliver technical onboarding and enablement programs for partners.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and best practices for partner implementations.
- Develop scalable enablement materials and technical documentation.
- Evaluate and certify partner-built solutions and integrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on partner solutions.
- Prepare partners to position and sell new Algolia capabilities.
- Provide presales technical expertise for partner opportunities.
- Develop trusted relationships with technical leaders at partner organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant.
- Experience working with Systems Integrators and ISV Partners.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and web architectures.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Outstanding presentation and technical demonstration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience collaborating across globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with search, ecommerce, and AI technologies.
