Responsibilities
- Deliver technical onboarding and enablement programs for SI, ISV, and cloud partners.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic partners throughout their Algolia lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for partner implementations and innovations.
- Create scalable enablement materials, workshops, demonstrations, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate, validate, and certify partner-built accelerators, integrations, and solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align partner solutions with platform best practices.
- Share partner insights with internal Product and Engineering teams and monitor the quality of partner technical assets.
- Become an expert on new Algolia features and translate capabilities into business value.
- Prepare partners to position, demonstrate, and sell new Algolia capabilities.
- Provide presales technical expertise for partner-led opportunities, including architecture discussions, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical discovery.
- Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and solution architects at strategic partner organizations.
- Develop annual technical engagement initiatives and share best practices across global regions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
- Experience working with Systems Integrators and Independent Software Vendor partners.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, web architectures, and modern software development practices.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and technical demonstration skills.
- Passion for educating others and helping technical teams succeed.
- Ability to independently manage multiple partner initiatives and deliverables.
- Experience collaborating across globally distributed teams.
- Comfort balancing strategic relationship management with hands-on technical work.
- Experience with search, ecommerce, content management, personalization, digital experience technologies, or other AI technology.
