Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Partners during the sales cycle to provide technical expertise.
- Lead technical discovery with advertisers to understand their data flows and measurement requirements.
- Design and recommend implementation approaches for various technical solutions.
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and launch readiness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to implementation and measurement performance.
- Build demos and technical narratives to showcase OpenAI's ads solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate issues and influence roadmap priorities.
- Create technical documentation and best practices for global advertiser adoption.
- Train internal sales and success teams on technical capabilities and product features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a related client-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising measurement and integrations.
- Understanding of advertiser ecosystems including tag managers and analytics tools.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience writing SQL and debugging implementation issues.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments and building processes.
- Demonstrated ownership, bias for action, and customer empathy.
- Commitment to responsible platform growth and user trust.
