Responsibilities
- Own meaningful product areas end-to-end from problem framing to production rollout.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and clinical teams to improve member outcomes.
- Build and evolve secure, well-tested software across backend, frontend, and data surfaces.
- Use data and user feedback to validate solutions and drive iterations.
- Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and communicate proactively.
- Make sound trade-offs across speed, safety, and technical quality.
Requirements
- Strong production experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Excellent TypeScript/Node capability and comfortable with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong product sense, starting from user or business problems.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Solid instincts for testing, observability, and reliability.
- Fluent with AI-augmented engineering workflows.
