Responsibilities
- Partner with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to develop AI agents.
- Design and refine conversational AI agents for customer interactions.
- Drive execution and delivery of high-visibility agent development projects.
- Coordinate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform customer and team decisions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software development and product management.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and inspire teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field is a plus.
- MBA or experience at the intersection of technology and operations is a plus.
