Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solution patterns, data pipelines, and model architectures integrated with enterprise offerings.
- Lead high-impact MVPs and proofs of concept for strategic global customer engagements.
- Move experimental AI models into scalable, commercially viable production environments.
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into high-performance, cost-effective AI solutions.
- Define organization-wide best practices for AI model lifecycles, data governance, and responsible AI usage.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Engineering, and Sales to drive measurable customer outcomes and services growth.
Requirements
- Proven success building, deploying, and maintaining complex production-level AI/ML solutions.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
- Experience with cloud-native AI platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep technical capability in data platforms, data pipelines, and high-throughput distributed systems such as Spark or Kafka.
- Ability to bridge technical engineering and strategic business needs across product, sales, and delivery teams.
- Strong execution, experimentation, strategic problem-solving, and technical architecture skills.
