Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
- Develop frameworks and tools for creating, testing, and deploying autonomous agents.
- Partner with product and research teams to deliver reliable technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and establish sound engineering practices across the codebase.
- Contribute to technical strategy and long-term platform direction.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering or related technical experience.
- Hands-on experience with agentic infrastructure, agent frameworks, agent systems, or related distributed systems.
- Experience building production systems in a startup environment, such as as a founder, CTO, founding engineer, or early engineering hire.
- Broad generalist technical background, strong systems design skills, and the ability to build for scale and reliability.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure, plus experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platforms.
- Comfort working across the stack from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.
Benefits
- Base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 annually.
