Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product surfaces end to end, from initial sketches through production releases.
- Work directly with attorneys, firm leadership, and billing teams to understand workflows, constraints, and technical environments.
- Build new AI-powered products and workflows for law firms.
- Clarify undefined problems, align with colleagues across functions, and deliver working software.
- Write production code and own outcomes rather than individual tickets.
- Mentor future hires and contribute through pairing, code reviews, and engineering-culture development.
Requirements
- Be a technically strong engineer comfortable building AI products and working directly with law firm partners.
- Be able to translate loosely defined processes and requirements into working systems.
- Demonstrate ownership of engineering and product outcomes.
- Be comfortable collaborating with attorneys, firm leadership, and billing teams.
- Experience or ability to mentor, pair, and participate in code reviews is expected.
