Responsibilities
- Build deep, trusted partnerships with technical executive stakeholders.
- Partner with account teams to drive expansion and convert POCs into long-term partnerships.
- Manage timelines, integrations, and deliverables across various teams.
- Translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights.
- Help define team culture, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer in strategic or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of engaging senior business and technical leaders.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Experience with Python, APIs, data pipelines, or cloud infrastructure.
