Responsibilities
- Design, implement, execute, and maintain manual and automated UI and API tests.
- Develop test procedures, test documents, automation scripts, and corrective actions.
- Debug test failures, diagnose defects, determine root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Review system requirements and track and report quality assurance metrics.
- Support functional, non-functional, integration, performance, security, and database testing.
- Use AI tools across test design, scripting, report analysis, and test-failure diagnosis.
- Collaborate with Scrum and cross-functional teams on automation and quality practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in test case planning, assessments, script development, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with both automation and manual testing, automation tools, and test frameworks.
- Experience with Playwright and automation scripting in TypeScript or Java.
- Strong API testing experience using Rest Assured or a similar client.
- Experience with test management software such as qTest and JIRA.
- Knowledge of the software testing lifecycle and software development lifecycle, with proficiency in Agile collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Strong testing, analytical, logical-thinking, root-cause analysis, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to understand system integrations and assess cross-application impacts.
