Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build enterprise-grade systems such as On Prem Deployments & Agent Infrastructure.
- Own the design and delivery of platform capabilities shaped by enterprise needs.
- Transform recurring patterns from customer deployments into scalable platform primitives.
- Define and raise the bar for reliability, security, and operational maturity.
- Have significant ownership over core capabilities for scaling in enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals with experience in infrastructure and platform services.
- Proficiency in Go and/or Python programming languages.
- Ability to think in terms of long-term maintainability and modularity.
- Strong collaboration skills to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
