Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Design, build, refine, troubleshoot, and optimize applications across the full stack.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key technical decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and help manage team execution and decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Apply emerging technologies in a cloud-first environment to solve business problems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required; the posting additionally specifies a minimum of 8 years in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is required.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java backend development and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for scalable application deployment.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
