Responsibilities
- Lead software testing initiatives and quality assurance activities.
- Develop and execute test cases to identify software defects.
- Develop robust automated testing solutions for web, API, database, and AWS-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality standards are met.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve application performance.
- Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay current with software testing best practices and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Experience or skills in quality assurance, quality management, security testing, and penetration testing.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
- Strong client relations, collaboration, design thinking, executive presence, personal effectiveness, and storytelling skills.
- Certifications such as Certified Software Tester, GitOps Certified Fundamentals, ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, ISTQB Certified Tester, or Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer are listed.
