Base Salary
$127k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce.
- Design and implement solutions including front-end, back-end processes, and third-party integrations.
- Read, review, and design object-oriented programming code like APEX and Python.
- Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM processes and user personas.
- Act as a communication bridge between product managers, technical leads, and stakeholders.
- Lead projects to improve lead routing, management, and opportunity lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience with Salesforce.com implementation.
- 3-5 years of experience with lead routing, contact conversion, and opportunity management.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale automation within Salesforce.
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience collaborating with a global team.
