Base Salary
$127k - $189k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and manage scalable solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies and systems.
- Design and implement Salesforce frontend, backend automation, third-party integrations, data models, and data pipelines.
- Review and design object-oriented code in Apex and Python, as well as SOQL and SQL scripts.
- Maintain a holistic view of CRM processes, user personas, and upstream and downstream systems.
- Partner with product managers, technical leads, product owners, builders, program managers, and stakeholders on thoughtful technical solutions.
- Lead end-to-end projects improving lead routing, lead management, lead-to-opportunity conversion, forecasting, and opportunity lifecycle tracking.
- Ensure scalability, system health, and positive end-user experiences while communicating with diverse global stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of Salesforce implementation experience, including 3–5 years with lead routing, lead-to-contact conversion, Marketo and Outreach integrations, and opportunity management.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale automation and architecture changes within Salesforce.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate user requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Admin Certification is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical architecture to audiences with varying levels of experience and technical detail.
- Experience collaborating with global, geographically distributed teams.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Developer 1 Certification.
- Preferred: Experience designing and building Salesforce solutions for a user base of 2,000 or more.
- Preferred: Experience mentoring colleagues, partnering with third-party tool vendors, holding Salesforce Architecture certifications, and participating in the Salesforce community.
