Base Salary
$145k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and platform integration architecture, including understanding underlying systems, troubleshooting issues, and evaluating technical changes.
- Design, maintain, and deploy scalable, highly available cloud applications and client-installed agents using C#/.NET.
- Improve software quality, security, performance, scalability, cost efficiency, automation, monitoring, testing, and incident response processes.
- Collaborate with product management, architecture, UX, development, customer support, and customers to define requirements and resolve issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, shared platform tooling, code, and engineering techniques.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance while fostering continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in software design and architecture with a focus on .NET development.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and ability to learn and work across large codebases.
- Fluency across multiple programming languages, including C#, .NET Core, Python, Go, Erlang, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Azure or significant Azure cloud technology development is preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps practices, unit testing, automation testing, and software delivery pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices.
- Preferred experience with Privileged Access Management, Secret Server or Vault solutions, cybersecurity software, customer support, SQL, code optimization, and FedRAMP environments.
