Base Salary
$134k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct model evaluations and fine-tune large language models.
- Implement and manage AI orchestration and agent-based systems.
- Participate in the design of AI-powered applications and interfaces.
- Help shape technical direction and best practices for LLM application development.
- Stay updated on AI research and incorporate state-of-the-art techniques.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with foundational model APIs and pre-trained open source models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, including model evaluations.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration and agent-based systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
