Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop normalization, enrichment, automated triage, and response workflows for security detection events.
- Design, develop, and operate SOAR workflows that automate security operations processes.
- Build and maintain integrations with SIEM, EDR, CTI, ticketing systems, external services, and SaaS/API-based solutions.
- Develop LLM-based triage and analysis logic, confidence scoring, AI-agent capabilities, and automated response orchestration for the AI-SOC framework.
- Manage incidents, logging, monitoring, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for SOAR and security automation systems.
- Design automated response scenarios in collaboration with SOC and Incident Response teams.
- Analyze workflow performance and improve automation efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency, including modular design, code quality, exception handling, and testing.
- Experience designing and improving security event processing, detection, and response workflows through software engineering.
- Hands-on experience customizing, integrating, and supporting SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and CTI platforms.
- Experience developing integrations with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON-based data processing.
- Experience designing, building, and operating systems in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system incidents.
- Experience with Git-based software development workflows and CI/CD pipeline practices.
- Preferred experience with AI-SOC platforms or LLM-powered security automation solutions.
- Preferred experience with LLM agent and workflow frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Preferred experience operating large-scale SOAR or workflow automation platforms with multiple production workflows.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes and EKS in production.
- Preferred experience extending or developing custom capabilities for security automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of SIEM detection logic and security event lifecycle management is preferred.
- Preferred experience with log-processing pipelines, message queues, distributed infrastructure, security operations dashboards, and data visualization tools.
