Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management solutions.
  • Execute software design, development, technical troubleshooting, and production coding across multiple technical areas.
  • Partner with clients, customers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and assess cross-impacts.
  • Create architecture and design artifacts and ensure software code meets design constraints.
  • Analyze large and diverse data sets, identify patterns, and use insights to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
  • Support application testing, operational stability, security, and scalable system delivery.
  • Participate in software engineering communities of practice and events.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
  • 6+ years of implementation, configuration, or support knowledge in HCM Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
  • Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Hands-on Oracle HCM configuration experience for Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, application resiliency, security, and agile delivery practices.
  • Preferred: HCM Cloud Core HR implementation or support knowledge.
  • Preferred: experience troubleshooting Fast Formula and HCM extracts.
  • Preferred: Page Personalizations experience and Oracle Redwood Certification.
