Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the onboarding process for successful adoption of solutions.
- Act as a liaison with clients to determine project requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare technical specifications for developers.
- Create user and training documentation for operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues through communication with developers.
- Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations.
- Analyze data and provide insights to customers and colleagues.
- Proactively follow up with clients based on project timelines.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Solid research and summarization skills.
- Knowledge of SQL for data retrieval.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
