Responsibilities
- Support presentations, demos, and technical explanations for customers.
- Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.
- Assist in preparing and executing Proofs of Concept (PoC) and technical validations.
- Continuously learn about data, cloud, and AI advancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and customer feedback.
- Gradually enhance technical, presentation, and proposal skills.
Requirements
- Strong interest in SaaS, cloud, data platforms, analytics, and AI.
- Ability to explain technical content clearly to customers or internally.
- Basic understanding of databases, data warehousing, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and data utilization.
- Critical thinking to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Japanese and comfortable with English in a business context.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
