Responsibilities
- Drive architectural decisions for the cash forecasting platform.
- Establish technical standards and design patterns for faster feature delivery.
- Mentor mid-level and senior engineers to enhance their technical skills.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the development lifecycle to improve team velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years working on complex, business-critical systems in production.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep expertise with Ruby on Rails and RDBMS, ideally PostGres.
- Experience building large scale multi-tenant applications and RESTful APIs.
