Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deployment systems for controlled rollouts and traffic scaling.
- Create observability tools for logging and monitoring production environments.
- Develop data infrastructure for training data, analytics, and agent memory.
- Design internal developer tooling to streamline engineering processes.
- Own critical systems end-to-end and make impactful decisions for the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering roles.
- Experience building systems that other engineers depend on.
- Strong focus on reliability and understanding of when 'good enough' is acceptable.
- Comfortable working across the stack from application code to cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to debug production issues and implement preventative systems.
- A mindset that values developer experience as a product.
