Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Citi’s enterprise-wide UI platform and standardized development frameworks.
- Develop scalable, resilient, and user-friendly full-stack web applications and platform capabilities.
- Drive AI-powered interoperability between UI applications and improve cross-application workflows.
- Enable interoperability across multiple UI applications, projects, and teams.
- Use TypeScript, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift or similar cloud platforms.
- Design intuitive user experiences for a heterogeneous audience across the firm.
- Champion clean code, testability, maintainability, and modern software engineering practices.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization and influence how UI development is performed at scale.
Requirements
- 14+ years of hands-on experience as a senior full-stack web software engineer.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js.
- Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as OpenShift.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and message queuing systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Electron, OpenFin, Finsemble, or Interop.io is a major plus.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
- Commitment to clean code, testability, and maintainability.
