Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and maintain critical SWIFT Messaging Infrastructure.
- Provide comprehensive technical application support and take ownership of application functionality.
- Participate in application design, analysis, coding, deployment, coding coordination, unit testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and incidents and propose solutions.
- Improve application resiliency through monitoring and alerting.
- Secure applications from vulnerabilities and maintain software functionality and currency.
- Participate actively in code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development, including related supervisory, management, and administrative experience.
- 5+ years of experience with SWIFT Messaging applications.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of Alliance Messaging Hub, SAG/Alliance Gateway, HSM, AGI/Alliance Gateway Instant, CREST, AWP/Web Platform, or Micro Gateway.
- Strong experience with SDLC and DevOps processes and tools such as Git.
- Solid understanding of messaging frameworks such as IBM MQ.
- Proficiency in software development, especially Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting.
- Banking or financial services industry experience is a plus.
