Base Salary
$148k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems that scale AI solutions for more than 167,000 customers.
- Contribute to agentic architecture supporting performant AI agents.
- Build tools to tune LLM-based features, deploy agents, and support MCP and RAG in production.
- Evaluate AI agent performance using tools including Arize, OpenAI, Bedrock, LangChain, vLLM, and Ray.
- Develop reliable, scalable data pipelines and APIs for AI systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, ML engineers, and data scientists to deliver AI products at scale.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a backend software engineer building scalable, distributed systems.
- Strong experience working in production environments and launching ML/AI projects.
- Hands-on production experience with generative AI and agentic AI applications.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical partners.
- Preferred experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark and Ray.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Preferred knowledge of Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
