Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain MCP servers that expose tools and capabilities to AI assistants.
Implement MCP tools for file access, issue management, database interaction, workflow execution, and Azure resource management.
Define resources, schemas, prompts, API specifications, usage examples, and integration documentation.
Integrate MCP tools with Azure AI Foundry agents, enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and user-facing platforms.
Use Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure Compute Services in AI workflows.
Apply cloud security, authentication, API permissions, access controls, data privacy, and compliance practices.
Test and debug MCP tools and Azure integrations while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend teams, AI engineers, cloud architects, and data scientists.
Present technical solutions and architectural decisions to stakeholders.
Contribute to responsible AI governance and tool design.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in AI development.
Proven experience deploying secure, production-grade AI cloud-integrated systems.
Hands-on experience designing or integrating MCP servers or agent tool frameworks.
Strong Python coding ability; familiarity with R is a plus.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
Experience with RESTful API or microservice frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or .NET Core.
Understanding of LLM tool interaction, AI agent architectures, prompt engineering, and tool-enabled reasoning.
Strong Azure experience, especially Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.
Familiarity with AWS or GCP is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of OAuth, API keys, managed identity, access control policies, AI data privacy, and compliance.
Prior work on intelligent assistants, AI copilots, MCP integrations, agentic AI systems, or tool-augmented LLMs.
Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or other AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience with AI-driven workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, or business process orchestration.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
