Responsibilities
- Design and develop dashboards, monitors, alerts, searches, and other content for security detection, monitoring, and analytics.
- Develop observability solutions for AWS, Kubernetes, and generative AI use cases.
- Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and the Open Integration Framework.
- Build and maintain scalable integrations using APIs, MCPs, and serverless models.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from requirements through design, development, testing, documentation, and public release.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, customer service, sales engineering, technical writers, customers, and technical partners.
- Mentor team members and contribute to team bonding.
- Use AI tools and platforms to improve productivity and development velocity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years of industry experience with a record of leading complex technical projects and cross-team initiatives.
- Familiarity with log management or observability platforms and exposure to threat detection.
- Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms, automation frameworks, Docker, API integrations, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Functions, and cloud RBAC including AWS IAM roles, policies, and permissions.
- Experience with scripting in Python, Node.js, or Unix shells.
- Exposure to an object-oriented language such as Java, Golang, or Scala.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, pytest, linters, unit testing, and test automation frameworks.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and scalable design skills.
- Experience with or exposure to AI tools and techniques such as ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, LangGraph, agent frameworks, and MCP is advantageous.
- Exposure to AWS CloudFormation, Helm charts, or OpenTelemetry is preferred.
- AWS certifications and open-source contributions are nice to have.
