Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce application analysis, design, development, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
- Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs.
- Configure Salesforce sharing rules, roles, profiles, workflows, Process Builder, and flows.
- Develop complex integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Maintain code coverage, coding standards, architecture knowledge, design patterns, and Salesforce governor-limit best practices.
- Debug production incidents, resolve bugs, handle service requests and data loads, and deliver platform enhancements.
- Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members.
- Help improve sales organization efficiency and scale sales systems across business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work/technical experience.
- Relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience developing Sales Cloud instances for mid-market or enterprise organizations.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative Salesforce features, and Lightning page development.
- Experience with Salesforce Sites, Communities, external-system integrations, REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and Apex Data Loader.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, coding and design guidelines, best practices, and governor limits.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Administrator certifications are preferred.
- Experience with marketing applications such as Marketo and CTI integrations such as InContact is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
