Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize agentic AI frameworks for reasoning, planning, orchestration, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
  • Build reusable agent architectures, multi-agent workflows, orchestration patterns, state and memory management, tool calling, routing, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks and observability capabilities to measure agent behavior, reasoning quality, tool usage, task completion, reliability, latency, accuracy, and cost.
  • Integrate large language models, machine learning models, retrieval systems, tools, APIs, and enterprise services into production agentic workflows.
  • Create AI-powered automation for complex Security Operations Center processes and cybersecurity workflows.
  • Research emerging agentic AI techniques and convert successful prototypes into production-ready framework capabilities.
  • Establish engineering patterns for prompt orchestration, context management, guardrails, error handling, evaluation, and autonomous decision-making.
  • Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, technical design, and engineering standards.
  • Drive large-scale technical initiatives from concept and architecture through implementation, evaluation, production adoption, and continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • At least 14 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical development roles.
  • Deep hands-on experience designing and developing AI agents, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation systems.
  • Strong experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
  • Strong programming experience in Python, Go, or similar languages, including independently designing, debugging, and optimizing production-quality software.
  • Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, context management, and autonomous task execution.
  • Experience developing evaluation strategies and frameworks for AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, event-driven workflows, data processing, and software design patterns.
  • Experience taking AI prototypes from experimentation through production deployment and continuous optimization.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex technical initiatives, influencing architecture, establishing engineering practices, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical direction.
  • Preferred experience with multi-agent systems, Mixture of Experts architectures, Model Context Protocol, agent evaluation and observability, AI/ML operations, cybersecurity workflows, guardrails, validation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
