Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features spanning the user interface and backend.
- Design, build, and refine comprehensive software features throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions for immediate and cross-team problems.
- Manage team activities, mentor junior members, and support knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development processes and team productivity.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-first deployment strategies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
