Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain native iOS applications and reusable components using Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode and macOS.
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and supporting identity, infrastructure and backend services.
- Maintain application code, dependencies, delivery workflows and library artifacts using source-control and repository tools.
- Contribute to automated build, test and distribution pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps capabilities.
- Apply engineering, security and code-quality standards using SonarQube and application-protection technologies.
- Monitor application health, investigate production incidents, troubleshoot defects and perform root cause analysis using Kibana, ServiceNow and related tools.
- Support application releases across testing and production environments, including planned weekend releases and urgent technical changes.
- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with infrastructure, security and application teams using collaboration and delivery-management tools.
- For senior profiles, provide coaching and technical governance, contribute to roadmap decisions and promote engineering and observability practices.
Requirements
- Experience in native iOS development appropriate to the relevant seniority level.
- Experience supporting production applications, incidents and releases.
- Experience working within an Agile delivery model and with observability or monitoring platforms is valued.
- Senior and lead profiles require coordination experience.
- Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode, macOS, REST APIs, HTTP, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket, Nexus Repository, SonarQube and Azure DevOps knowledge.
- Knowledge of Azure App Registrations, Key Vaults, authentication, role-based access concepts and Kibana or equivalent observability platforms.
- Experience with Jira, Targetprocess, ServiceNow, Confluence and SharePoint; Figma or Design System exposure is valued.
- Knowledge of AI prompting tools is valued according to seniority.
- Professional English at C1 level is mandatory; French and/or Dutch are advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills, with a proactive approach to ownership and continuous learning.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support and planned releases outside normal business hours when required.
- Must align with CET working hours, reside in Portugal and have legal permission to work in Portugal through a valid work permit or EU/Schengen nationality.
