Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services using C#.
- Develop and optimize high-volume ETL and data ingestion pipelines.
- Design, tune, and maintain complex Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- Troubleshoot performance challenges across large-scale distributed systems.
- Investigate customer-facing production issues and drive resolution.
- Partner with engineering teams that depend on Mobius-managed data.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for requirements analysis, coding, implementation reviews, and automated testing strategies.
- Contribute to feature development, platform enhancements, and architectural improvements.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- Strong C# and .NET backend development experience.
- At least 4 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience in production environments.
- Experience with query optimization, performance tuning, database partitioning, Extended Events, and resolving I/O and latch contention issues.
- Experience building high-volume data processing systems and ETL or data movement solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes AI tools across the software development lifecycle, microservices architecture, distributed systems, Elasticsearch, enterprise CI/CD environments, and contact center, analytics, or data platform domains.
