Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, modernize, and support complex Wealth & Trust software components, applications, APIs, background services, and integration services.
- Modernize legacy applications through refactoring, API enablement, cloud migration, technical debt reduction, and cloud-native architecture initiatives.
- Build web applications, APIs, background services, and event-driven solutions using .NET, Node.js, Angular, SQL Server, and AWS services.
- Integrate enterprise platforms, vendor systems, cloud services, and legacy environments through APIs, messaging, and file-based interfaces.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and production issues using root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Lead code reviews, apply secure coding and testing practices, and ensure solutions meet architecture, risk, compliance, reliability, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to execute technical initiatives and improve client experience and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to software development frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and training.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and the ability to apply IT best practices.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET/C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and SSIS.
- Experience with Node.js, Angular, AWS and/or Azure, application modernization, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and modern authentication patterns.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or MBA, Six Sigma Green Belt, CQIA, or similar certification, and banking or financial services experience.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and with legacy modernization initiatives is preferred.
