Responsibilities
- Implement Proactive AI Agents from requirements understanding to deployment.
- Support client engagements by delivering technical tasks focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams to build and support proactive customer journeys.
- Analyze client requirements and translate business processes into automated solutions.
- Configure and customize the SaaS platform to meet customer needs.
- Document solution designs, integrations, and implementation steps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for implemented solutions.
- Support customer journey optimization using data and analytics.
- Write and debug JavaScript code for integrations and custom logic.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in professional services, software implementation, or technical support.
- Solid proficiency in SQL and JavaScript; familiarity with C#, Python, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Experience working with APIs for integration in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow implementation best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
