Base Salary
$207k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance the AWS Launchpad platform and related operational services.
- Support onboarding of internal development teams to the Launchpad platform.
- Build production-ready Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions using Python and AWS AgentCore.
- Translate complex business problems into well-defined project requirements.
- Lead AI development teams under supervision in delivering business transformation initiatives using software engineering best practices and the company Software Delivery Lifecycle.
- Select AWS AI components and services appropriate for business problems.
- Contribute to AI governance and operational processes.
- Promote AI adoption, innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams and internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of related experience, including at least three years of demonstrable experience in end-to-end AI solution design.
- Strong proficiency in Python for production-ready delivery.
- Deep understanding of the Gen AI landscape and agentic frameworks, including Strands SDK, LangChain, A2A, and MCP.
- Experience across the full AI model lifecycle, including planning, training, deploying, and maintaining AI systems.
- Good knowledge of AWS AI infrastructure and AI services.
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Professional certifications in AI and/or cloud technologies are required.
- Preferred qualifications include insurance or other regulated-sector experience, a master’s degree in a relevant field, and experience building AI solutions with AWS AgentCore.
